Return & Refund Policy

At Aerosolew, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed for shipment. In such cases, you may return the item(s) following our standard return procedure upon receipt.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Late or Missing Refunds
